I haven’t played one of these yet but I am fully expecting to get some in for a detailed fret end job and possibly 57110 SS refret and copy the roll to make them feel exactly like the USA version. Congratulations they seem to have managed to get the FAT in the tone that is the trademark of the USA ones.

I've confirmed with the seller that the build sheet lists an incorrect neck shape. It's actually a STD 59, not a STD Thin C.

Biggest surprise so far...

I don't dislike the headstock as much as I thought I would.

Fit and finish are perfect.

Neck shape, finish, fretboard (rolled edges), and fretwork feel luscious in hand and under fingers.

The Chameleon finish is f'n spectacular and reminds me of the 1996 Mystic Cobra.

Very usable active boost. The volume knob push/push boost switch on the EBMM Majesty is a much better implementation than the tiny, almost invisible push/push switch on the MK1 pickguard, but having an accessible boost gain control beats out a trim pot in the rear cavity.

The pickups sound fat and meaty in 1, 3, and 5, while the out of phase 2 and 4 positions sparkle like waves of silver.

The bleach white maple neck is a departure from the figured and roasted fare of the majority of my collection, but it does reflect a sense of nostalgia in me as a teen in the '80s playing my first Washburn and Charvel guitars.

No more time to play now. Gotta get back on task and complete my workday.

I counted at least 5 times.

I actually took around 15 different screenshots of the UPS delivery app showing the truck within 500 feet of my house. I was going to edit them together into an animated gif, but then I decided I'd play the MK1 instead.
