New pedalboard build: It’s finished… again! V2

It’s interesting how much I’m learning from this experience. Board size is so hard to know ahead of time! I did tons of planning, but there are always some things that don’t work exactly how you thought they would.

I do wish I would’ve gone for a board with a top that opens and has space inside. I think the 24x16 like that would have given me just enough extra space for a couple things that would be nice to have. I might eventually migrate to one of those.

At some point I’m also going to move from the Switchboard to Morningstar MC6 and another ML5. I regret that choice, but it’s sufficient for now.

Not sure if either of those changes will happen next year or not, we’ll see!

True, but I really love the process!

And even if it’s not perfection, this is still my favorite guitar rig I’ve had in years!
 
I find it easier to fill a rack full of sliding draws with pedals than building boards.
I’ve recently emptied this to redo .
