What chips does it use?

Behringturd bought Cool Audio in 2000. My best guess is they're using 4 x v3205sd chips for 1200ms.

Edit - actually I just had a look at the original Moog circuit and it used 5 x mn3008. Cool audio also do a clone of those V3208D. They're even cheaper than the v3205sd I listed above.
