I’ve always loved the looks of these. They are now shipping with a Celestion V-Type instead of a Seventy/80 like they used to so nice little upgrade there. Listening to @MirrorProfiles I’m gonna give it another shot. I was looking at Blackstar MKIII’s but lord they are expensive. Gonna load it up with Tung-Sols to focus, soften and tighten up the preamp. And load it up with a CB65 I have standing by if the V-Type is too bright. Got 15% off and $30 points via MF. So $660 to the door.

Add in the pass on the new Blackstar Beam Solo and it was a no-brainer here. Plus I have a modeler platform without having to go through my current location’s TM Super’s preamp. FX Loop in.

Not an exciting exquisite buy but I’m stoked y’all! Sold some gear to finance naturally! Stock photo because Fuck Yeah Marshall!

I thought/recall it was a 70/80 before the V-Type was released. Perhaps I am mistaken. I’m pleasantly surprised in any case with a plan B in place.
