what’s the evil pumpkin circuit based on? does it do something that the other Fortin circuits don’t?

EDIT: front panel makes me think it’s a tweaked NTS/Satan. Especially given Mike Fortin’s preference for that circuit as a base

It's based on Mike's Hulk mod IIRC - Marshall derivative in nature too.

The knob layout seems basically identical between NTS and EP, do they sound similar?

Seems like lots of Mike’s stuff is either Jose derived (Cali, Killer Kali, Meshuggah etc) or SL-X derived (Satan, Thrasher etc). Wondering if there is any (meaningful) difference with Satan/NTS and Evil Pumpkin?

The only experience with the NTS is the plugin. I guess they can be made to sound the same when the Pumpkin's on the EP channel since that's when the Girth / Grind are in the circuit; it also has a variable mid-slope pot (Sweep knob) which has a very pronounced impact. The KK Channel's fatter feeling / juicier whule the EP feels more surgical / leaner.
