It almost goes without saying, but it's a huge improvement over the "Spring" that the QC originally shipped with. It doesn't do the "drip" thing that makes me geek out whenever I hear a digital reverb pull it off. (Fender has this little parlor trick nailed down.) But it is a very transparent, musical-sounding reverb in its own right. It sounds like a polite spring reverb behaving politely, basically.

(Reminds me a lot of the Source Audio True Spring I sold impetuously yesterday, for about a dollar.)
And... it's just occurred to me that I've only tried the new Spring Factory after amp blocks. I wonder if it gets any more drippy or otherwise characterful in front of an amp, surf-style.
