So yes - I don’t have a stand alone cab (at the moment), so I set the Marshall to the 4 ohm setting and plugged it into the Ext Speaker jack of the Twin. What cab/speakers are you running it through?

If at some point you really want to get crazy, grab yourself an ABY box. You get sort of a poor man’s (maybe rich man’s in this case?) channel switching thing. You can put your dirt pedals on one side and blend them in with the channel volumes too. Superleads love dirt pedals.Sounds incredible. Not even kidding.
Honestly went into this not knowing much about Marshalls, but I’m glad I bought it. Truly a wonderful amp and it has such a sweet tone.
Oh yea - that’s what I’m talking about. Definitely not a rich man, but I love nice things. If at some point you really want to get crazy, grab yourself an ABY box. Superleads are lifetime purchases. Buy once. Cry once. Rock out always.Oh yea - that’s what I’m talking about. Definitely not a rich man, but I love nice things.
The exact reason why I bought it.Superleads are lifetime purchases. Buy once. Cry once. Rock out always.
That Twin is no slouch, but a 4x12 or at the very least a sealed 2x12 is mandatory for the big stuff. You need some nice cabs. Make all the difference!
I was thinking making a fuse blew or something? There's nothing the Stadium is going to do to hurt that amp. I'd start checking cables and connections.
If you saw the amp’s light active then it’s not a fuse. If you stretched your speaker cord to reach the amp, make sure you didn’t lose a physical connection on the speaker. When you google it first thing most people recommend is replacing the HT fuse (1a slow blow).
The cord has been seated and reseated several times. The amp light is on and the tubes glow.If you saw the amp’s light active then it’s not a fuse. If you stretched your speaker cord to reach the amp, make sure you didn’t lose a physical connection on the speaker.
If there’s a non tube amp you can test with if start there so you don’t run the amp without a proper speaker load.
Just being thorough. If you hook the speakers back up to your twin, are you getting sound? The cord has been seated and reseated several times. The amp light is on and the tubes glow.
