NAD: A Suhr Thing


What? You want more? Chassis is out. No plans on opening that up for pics. Sorry. Reactive load box is another matter it would appear. It seems they mounted the unit onto the side wall of the head shell before assembling the head shell itself together. This making impossible, as far as I can see, to remove it :cuss

So, I don't think racking the amp is a viable option.

How does it sound in comparison to a similar amp block in the Fractal?
I've not direct A/B them yet. Might not be entirely comparable without using the same IR's from the amp. My gut says the amp is more lively and broad in harmonics. It also reacts better to guitar volume knob.
 
Set into my rack on a shelf with load box velcro'd to the inside wall. Not as sexy as in the head shell, but much more space efficient.
