MIDI Controller For DAW

If you don't need keys the Arturia Beatstep is quite cheap especially used and has good pads, transport, plenty of knobs, presets for configurations, sequencer feature for making patterns etc.

I've had an old Novation Remote 61 for years and honestly it's not great. If I were to buy a MIDI keyboard now I would invest in something with better feel to its keys and only 37 or 49 keys to save space.

I bought a Hydrasynth Explorer last year and it feels so much better to play despite having smaller keys. Also sounds killer with a smart user interface that is easy to use even for a synth noob.
