MIAB your favorite?

Friedman IR-X and it's not even close.

Ordered that puppy! Thank you!
I haven't tried this, but you can actually drive a speaker directly from the pedal. It's like 1/2 watt output.

It works wonderfully into my Two-Rock CRS, Mesa Boogie Fillmore combo, and my Ceriatone King Kong 50, even with a decent amount of amp distortion.

It also responds well to the Brown Amplification Protein dual overdrive I run in front of it. It has replaced the Origin Effect Compact Rival Drive on my main board.

It's a high output pedal, so start with the output volume no greater than the 9 o'clock position until you get your amp levels dialed in.

Enjoy!

Vox Copperhead Drive
I'm not a Marshall expert nor do I do high gain that often but the two valvenergy pedals I have (copperhead and mystic edge) sound wonderful to my ears.

I've put them into tube fx return and quilter toneblock 201 and could not be happier with the result. Remind me of my tonelab that I stupidly sold.

I tried to sell one a while back. Zero interest. I traded it with other pedals for my HX Stomp.

I found the PP a bit too noisy for me. I found the Catalinbread DLS 3 more convincing as long as you didn’t boost the gain too much. Let me know if yours is noisy too or if mine wasn’t working correctly.

Is the MXR Super Badass Distortion a Marshall in a Box? I liked it when I tried it in a store sometime back.

I’ve got two that don’t have that issue. Never knew that was a thing!

I’ve got a red one that I run hot and a purple one I use for lower gain/vintage tones. Love them.
My other Catalinbread pedal, the Katzenkonig, is also noisy. Google search shows I am not the only one.

If you enjoy yours, great!
