808 maybe? a tweaked out tube screamer with more parameters? thatd be novel

The color hints at it not being a nota-kit as those have been black and white and I think the use of blue is intentional. 808 was what came to my mind with Japan, forwards and back, and number or name, but that doesn't fit 5 knobs and three layers of gain.

808 is a good thought, but I feel like that would be too anticlimactic a reveal for this much build up

I’ve just been told by John L at JHS It’s not the Version 2.

I like Josh and really dig his YT channel but I am glad I bought that boring 3 series delay pedal so I could go ahead and never feel like I need to buy any of his other pedals

I bought a 3 series hall reverb pedal at the same time I got my Badlander 100. That pedal is a noisy, clipping POS. Replaced it with a Dispatch Master and never looked back.

Super nice guy but those pedals were not inspiring to me in any way, shape or form.

Do you know if both channels are going to be different on V2 or just the clean channel?

I still love my V1. That pedal really surprised me. I think it’s my favorite boost I’ve ever owned
