That’s pretty damn cool and I’m glad Josh got to do it. I don’t even own any JHS pedals but I love his Youtube channel and am vey grateful someone is nerdy enough to gather that info so I can soak it up while being lazy. I’m a history geek almost as much as I’m a gear nerd, the mix of both John puts out is right up my alley.

I have to say in the demo I like how it sounds when they compare it to both the triangle and op amp. I prefer it every time it’s switched on, way more mids. If I was buying a big muff I think I’d prefer this over the other variants, it might even cut through a mix a little better.

I'm sure it sounds good, no doubt. If I were in the Muff market for other than Kay Parker, I would just get a Wren and Cuff, Stomped Under Foot, or Skreddy.....all built like tanks.

I love the color scheme!

Have you ever tried the Tone Wicker muff? I always think about snagging another one of those as I really liked it!

I don’t really have a need for it, but it sounds cool and has a cool story. I’d like a crack at that book on EHX.

It has taken me a long time to “get” the muff pedals. I’m a big fan now that I do though. I just wasn’t running amps the right way to really appreciate them. Andy wood tipped me off on what the problem was and it’s opened up a lot of fuzz pedals for me including muffs.
