Interesting Tyler in.

The painted neck is really the only offputting thing about that, for me. An odd choice given it's likely a gorgeous quarter sawn piece of maple under there. That semi-translucent top is classy AF. And I've never thought the headstock design was ugly, just unique.

My only real objection is the middle knob. Those were the only knobs they sold at my local Radio Shack, and I will always associate them with (my) cheap homebrew projects.

It’s a different friction on the middle pot for the gain on the mid boost so a different and smaller knob is good.

For a $4,000 custom guitar, I would expect it to look a lot better than some mismatched off the shelf parts thrown on there, plus I would expect the body route and bridge to look like they were made for each other. Oh, and this one is twice that. Sorry, but I don't get it.

I would have much preferred if it did say "fuck off" but just once and in a nice font.
It’s working then🤣

Love it🤣👆🏻

I can’t decide if I want to grab a different guitar or mod one of my Strats to have that control setup…

D

Am I seeing plastic still stuck on that bridge PU?

WTF is it with people leaving that shit on? It's your guitar! Don't you want to look at the actual parts and not ragged plastic edges, and miscellaneous ugly reflections? That shit just blows my mind. :barf

And at half price, I'd put my $3500 JP15 up against that guitar for playability, fit/finish, and better ergonomics any day of the week.
