The owner was concerned removing it would change the tone ,I would be concerned if it didn’t.
He never uses it and has three others from the same year all with them.

Definitely an improvement. Tan lines give it character too.

I played a Nash a few months ago and it wasn’t that bad. I was actually impressed with the relic job. The guitar itself was comparable to a MIM Fender.
