The throatiness of the low E (listen to the 8th time in the intro), that mid "bark", to the creaminess of the leads, those squeals..., it's definitely one of my all-time favorite guitar tones. Period. Man, could he dial it in!

I’ve never heard that one. I always thought the tone on Top Jimmy was the best but I’ve not listened to the entire VH catalog.

And thankfully he's his own artist. He can sound like his dad when he wants to, but he's clearly doing something completely different.

Look, I get it. You can’t look at Wolfgang and not at least think about it. But he’s living his life the way he chooses to live it.

Eddie smoked like a chimney, which arguably led to his disease and subsequent death. But again, he made that choice, as we all do.

That said, just enjoy the music he’s making. He’s obviously very talented and is absolutely passionate about what he does.
