Using Helix rack -- how do I get it to use my DAW's BPM as tempo for a delay block?

Global Settings > MIDI/Tempo > Receive MIDI Clock.

Select “Auto” (or whatever you think is appropriate).

Also make sure your delays' Time parameter is set to note values. If it reads a ms value, press the knob and it'll switch.
