I’ve watched a couple of videos on the Humdinger and like it but it’s a £159.00 plus P&P.

Other than it’s smaller size I can’t see what it does differently to the Orange Detonator ?

I have a Humdinger and a WetterBox on my wet/dry board. It basically just a very clean, active isolation transformer.

It's a bit pricey, but it's a solid performer and durable AF.

Is it worth the cost? Depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

On my new board, space underneath is limited, so I'm using a Goodwood Audio TX Underfacer (Signal Buffer / Summer / Signal Mute / Junction Box) that I found used on Reverb for about the same price as the Humdinger.

Those two are different products.

The Humdinger is a line isolator.
The Amp Detonator is an A/B/Y box. If you use the "Both" option or connect only B (which I guess is the transformer isolated out) then it will function the same as the Humdinger.

The EarthQuaker Devices Swiss Things Pedalboard Reconciler is another multi-function device for creating complex signal routing.

It supports multiple isolated amps (A/B/Y), 2 switchable loops (toggle or momentary :chef), buffers, tuner out, VCA volume, and an integrated boost. It can be an effective space saver compared to discrete devices (if you need them).
