Back on topic, I have an SC550 Deluxe, not a bad axe at all. Do I notice little quality differences between it and my other guitars? Yes.

Enough to be a problem or make me not want to play it? No.

Yes, I upgraded the straplocks to Dunlops, just like I did on my $2k and $3k PRS guitars. That's it.

In fact, I changed the pickups on the PRS guitars, not on the HB, FWIW . . .
