his wife answered his phone from the ER.
She said, "He says he good to jam Thursday!"

Much love to you bro….Life has packed my ass with sand the last days of 2024.
Fuck off, 2024! Fuck the fuck off!
Maybe the most challenging year of my adult life. So many monumental shifts.
So many close deaths and crises.
Today my closest friend and bandmate was transported to the Hospital with
a possible heart attack. He's in the ER now. Just the latest in 2024's Greatest
Hits and Misses.
I am home now and ready to kiss this year Good-Bye. I'll play some guitar,
eat some Burgers, and chill with some cool tunes. Not feeling any drinks
on tap for tonight----but who knows what the next 3 hours will bring.
I hope your friend is well soon and life takes better turn soon…..
I dont know what you believe but I think god gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers ….
Its been a wild ride for me … losing friends and health problems and many other things that I fight silently in my head however
I count my blessings and that seem to make it some how “better”.
Wish you all the best to you and your family and your circle of people who you care about.

And if we go through the ringer, and don't lose our shit in the process,
then we can be a rock and stabilizing force for those who are not so fortunate.

Spent some quality time with the family today, about to get cheerios with the wife and watch a movie before midnight
