Happy Father's Day! 
Just started to prep some Jerk Chicken to be done on the Grill later. Gonna go visit a
friend I haven't seen in a few weeks later this afternoon, and then cook the Chicken
on the Grill when I get home.
I became the Patriarch (oldest Male) of the Family in the past week and I am not sure
I'd ever get here. WTF happened? How did I suddenly become my Grandfather's age
when I was a child?

Although my one grandfather past way before I was born and the other one past at 57 years old.
I’m approaching 64
Funny how a I perceived people in there 60’s as near the end when I was a child.

Today my Sandro took me out for lunch. He organised and paid for it. So proud to be his dad, his been amazing from day one and could not have asked for better son. Im blessed in that department!

Wtf? Didn't even know about this.
In Germany, "Vatertag" is happening at the day of the Ascension of Christ. Which might make religious sense, but it mutated in one of the most horrible public events. Hordes of young "fathers" (pretty much non of them actually being a father) with their beer-trolleys vandalizing around in nature and anywhere else. It's really just a reason to consume maximized amounts of alcohol. Extra malus: Since some years, battery driven boomboxes have become a stable on those beer-trolleys, so you do now get the most horrible music in addition to all these drunken fucks.
Seems to be a lot better how the rest of the world is dealing with it.
So happy father's day to you all (and possibly to myself).
