Honestly forgot about him and Clapton.
I enjoy John's solo output.Never. I know you and I are having a great time here at the meme factory, but I will never forget about Frusciante. The problem I have with him is that I really really really dislike RHCP. I remember back in the days listening to Gangstarr, Wu-Tang etc. some of my friends where into RHCP. Puke.
But, his playing when he does a solo, or an intro jam or if he sings a cover. That is where I like him.
Clapton, I like some of his songs. But mostly I don't really like him. So that one is easy to forget for me.
I enjoy John's solo output.
I enjoyed early Peppers, but not the commercially successful Peppers. If that makes sense.
So many guitar players that can be listed here, I read a few names that I had failed to remember.
Not that they are forgotten.
Shadows Collide with People and Curtains were two solo albums I really got into. There are some songs (cant stop etc) that I can appecriate live but would never put them on in my living room. But that can also be because I never felt to listen to their albums. The last album I put on last night and that did not do it for me.

Kinda reminded me of some of that Bright Eyes material.
Some Beth Orton mixed in.
There's something about a solo acoustic home recording, windows open in a busy city...
Stop after blood sugar, sex magic and you're golden.I enjoy John's solo output.

RIPKeith Richards, 1960-2024
I guess i never have him a chance. The way he sings drives me up the wall.I hadn’t even thought of Dave Matthews for 1990s but I like that. His guitar playingwas massively influential back then and helped re-popularize both jam band and singer-songwriter music
I thought he was older than 64.
Even Mother’s Milk?… The problem I have with him is that I really really really dislike RHCP. …

Even Mother’s Milk?
I have never ever even heard/read that name before so I YT-ed the guy. Fantastic stuff, his pop tunes are incredible.
[…] Head and Munky, too. […]
That's why it's impossible to pick one.I need some 70's Garcia.
Need some "Dangerous" Dan Toler in the 80's.
Where's Lowell George?
Jimmy Herring 2000's Widespread Panic.
No Dicky or Dwayne, Warren Haynes?
