Getting Another Strat Today.

maybe I can drop an ipotato video at some point lol

Cool! :beer

I think @DrewJD82 did something similar with one of his Strats last winter. I think. :idk

I know for sure it can be done, but is it optimal? Not for me. I have a stable of guitars and
I like having a role/niche for each. Was never into the "one guitar that does it all" vibe.

Cool if others are, and like forcing their square guitars into round tones.

Kidding! :rofl

I like having a role/niche for each
Same here i don't have many guitars 4 but each has a role and purpose and I use them as required meaning what ever song im learning and practising ill use that guitar solely, the other 3 are not used until i need them for a specific song
Did I mention ill probably need only 1 More for drop tuning songs on my list

:idk

I’m all about “one guitar that does it all”.

Started because for a long time I couldn’t afford more than one guitar, stayed with it because I hate lugging extra guitars to gigs.

If I can get by using Strat neck pickup with tone rolled off instead of lugging a jazz box for that 1 song that calls for it then I’m all for it

Nope. No issues so far. I like different, though. I am not the type of guy who
wants 9 versions of the same thing, that play the same way, and that I can
dial in on my gear to sound exactly alike.

Vive La Difference! :chef
I love strat necks, didn’t really realize it until I got one again. Pretty much all my guitars have different necks and that’s because I want them to be different. I like to be able to play any guitar comfortably regardless of the neck size…
