let’s return to how great the AM4 sounds

It really does! Was just playing mine through my studio monitors and loving the JS410 (Marshall JVM Joe Satriani) models!

Interested to see how those new modeling updates change the scenario. I've seen some snarky "more realer" posts recently and I feel those miss the fact that Fractal has always sounded pretty great, and the modeling improvements are usually better in a subtle way that you didn't know you missed before.

Like back in the Axe-Fx 2 days I was just happy with the tones I was getting. I think what all those years of development have done is that it's just now easier to get a great tone with much less effort.

I found myself painstakingly tweaking e.g the Hotone Ampero 2 to get it to where I like it, whereas with the AM4 it's right there almost right after just loading the amp model and doing some basic EQ.
