I just recently received an FM9 and decided to make some accounts at various forums (here, TGP and Fractal official forums).
However when I made my account at Fractal, I was immediately banned for the reason of “spam”.
It says to contact the administrator if you feel this was done in error, which there is no link or anything to contact the administrator. So I tried the “contact us” button which linked me to the support email address. I sent an email to support but it’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard anything.
I’m not sure what to do in this circumstance, does anyone know how to contact the administrator of the Fractal Forum?
