It's an excellent unit in terms of tones (particularly american "cleanish" tones like you get from many Fender amps), usability/ease of use, and versatility. Pro-level device - no credible arguments against it there. Fender seems committed to supporting it through twice-a-year firmware updates that fix bugs and add new models/features. Probably the easiest unit on the market to go from "empty preset" to "I just played for an hour and got lost in the awesomeness."
If you're looking for hundreds of different amps and effects rather than dozens, or the largest community of players to go online and talk with/validate your purchase, or the ability to capture your own amps/other's amps, then there are other stronger products on the market. If those aren't your priorities then it should be in your top considerations, and you shouldn't feel like you've chosen poorly at all if you make the investment.
