Favorite Helix high gain amps

I've heard most all of the L6 high-gain models on the weekly since 2016,
as the other guitarist in the band I play in has used it as his main rig.

He's used most of the ones mentioned here..... but man, when he uses
the Soldano SLO 100 to my ears it is just

He was experimenting again this past Thursday, and I was all, "SLO sounds
better!" To me.

Just chiming in, because I didn't see it mentioned by anyone else.

Out of all the high gainers (the TRVE high gainers, not the Friedman or the 2203 woth a boost) surely the REVV RED. Don't get along much with the Purple, but the red channel is just meaty and precise and still fat. A TS or the Horizon before it and you are done for modern metal.

Gain at 6 B 6 M 4 T 6 Sag 3 is my go to with a boost. Got those settings from the FB group where someone posted them.

Yeah, that’s the first amp I pulled up when I got my stomp. It’s really good.

Yeah, I use mostly the SLO, Placater, and Rectifier.

My favorite is the Archetype Lead, but I'm biased because my favorite high-gainer IRL was the Archon 50 head I traded toward my Helix LT...
