Gawd that receipt makes me feel old. Btw, $673 was the same price I paid for my LP Custom in 1980.

A guy in his mid 60's works with me, and he grew up in SoCa, and told me stories of the backyard parties he used to go to that VH played in the early days. I was mesmerized. Said they'd always start playing early in the day, cuz the neighbors would call the cops when they couldn't get to their houses b/c of all the cars, and they wanted to be able to play as long as possible before the party'd get shut down!
