Do semi hollow guitars need a Humidipak?

Do you prefer the Boveda packs over the Humidipak or are they about the same?

I just picked up some Humidipaks for my Martin but I'm wondering if my ES-335 needs them too. Average humidity in my house is around 20%.

20% is pretty low. We can dry out pretty bad at that level. I invested a chunk of money on a decent humidifier and a hygrometer for the room I keep all my guitars in.

If you’re talking about the D’Addario humidipak, Boveda makes them for D’Addario, for a specific humidity level. 40-50%.
