Darkglass Anagram - NAM profile player & multieffects unit

Thats Y/T's for you ..... the quest for clicks and attention is too hard to resist.

With no disrespect to Leo ..... he is still "very small fish" to be leading an announcement of this kind -unless- it is a very small / new company making this product.

If however it -is- a relatively large Corporate like Korg, there would be a list of at least 50+ Guitar Y/T's they would go to before Leo for maximum impact / maximum bang-for-buck.

I suppose it "could be" a smaller no name, but the aesthetics are very DarkGlass/Neural particularly around the footswitch area.

Hopefully there are SPDIF in/out in the design, not a show stopper but would be nice.

The unit seemed to have a good deal of I/O ports from what I could tell in that teaser vid.

I hope it can work as an audio interface too.

I love to have a hardware box to use your and SlamminMOFO's captures outside of the DAW or Tonocracy and interface via Helix or eventually a Fractal unit.

Tonex is ok but I'm getting tired of it. The recent updates are a big improvement but I prefer NAM captures overall.

Looks nice. Good to see more NAM implementation.

I’m kind of surprised that a Korg product would have such a mix of serif and sans serif fonts on the screen and on the enclosure though.

The vid's back up again on his YouTube channel - wonder if we'll get a vid on it today.

In case they take it down

That price tho. 🤷‍♂️

A simple NAM loading unit would totally suffice, no need for bells and whistles.

Meh...

Yeah.. i hear ya. It doubles as an audio interface though so that's a perk.

Would have hoped it could run 2 chains on parallel..it still might by means of that flexible insert but yeah - not accessible by any means.

If it’s got ALL the stuff in there that you can add controls to via MIDI that would be kind of cool. But at the price point a three button unit with *shudders* multi-use combo jacks should have a metric shitload of DSP and a pile of effects simultaneously.
