"Model Pass works the same as purchasing and owning the effect outright, however your account is linked to the hardware. For clarity, if you own two PX-1 units, and you wish to load a purchased Model Pass, you’ll need an individual model pass for each unit." (emphasis mine)
Gotta love the future digital landscape, where in 30 years you’ll have bought a digital recreation of a pedal/amp/cab 72 times for every new digital hellscape platform that comes along.
The mighty @2112 just uploaded a demo of the PX-1, complete with a shootout against a "real" DD-2 Digital Delay, SD-1 Super Overdrive, and BF-1 Flanger.
Shockingly, the BF-1 model in the PX-1 was clearly the worst of the bunch. I'd expect the SD-1 to be the most challenging pedal to emulate, but if i closed my eyes i could barely tell the difference with the PX-1.
