Best preamp pedal you’ve ever used?

I really enjoyed the diesel vh4 pedal (single channel version) I had about 4 years ago. I sold it when I got a kemper as I had plenty of vh4 profiles, but I still preferred the pedal to the profiles so think about getting another occasionally

i have a tech21 leeds pedal im pretty partial to. i ran it into a a couple of really clean solid state amps and managed sone pretty convincing hiwatt sounds out of it. i wish the dynamics on it were as close to reality as the dirt sounds... but its a 9v pedal!
