Belton Brick reverbs that don't clip as easily as the Ghost Echo?

I have an EQD Ghost Echo, which I love the sound of... but I hate how easily it clips. Placing it before drives helps, and I actually like to use it that way sometimes anyway, but even then humbuckers can sometimes clip it in a really unpleasant way.

Does anyone have a suggestion for another Belton Brick style reverb that has more headroom, or at least an input volume control? Especially one that has more ambience available than just the basic spring-y ones (e.g. not something like the Rockett Boing)

[ And it doesn't even have to have the exact springy + delay sound of the Ghost Echo. I like the "warm" texture and lofi nature of many of these and how they sit with guitar. The DBA Reverberation Machine, for example, sounds pretty different from the Ghost Echo, but I think would still fill the same gap. The Caroline Guitar Meteore on the other hand is voiced much brighter, so I'm not sure about that, though the input gain control would be very useful for my issue with the Ghost Echo ]
