So uh...what about them Behringer clones though?

They do enough business in the US, I think they will have to comply with whatever the US courts decide or take a much bigger financial hit from abandoning a very big and profitable market. I would not bet in their favor, but my experience with IP litigation is that deep pockets can mean more than who is the rightful owner of the IP unfortunately, so you never know, they might actually win.
