AXE III MIDI Effect Bypass Mode, Value or Toggle (late to the party but WOW!)

Implemented SIX YEARS AGO and I'm just now finding this.

Basically lets you use a single press to turn on and off effects via a single CC instead of using a Toggle.

The Toggle mode would always have me having to double press to turn on or off an effect after I changed a Preset. This eliminates that problem.
