I have a Mooer Steep 1 interface. Looks great and albeit the company isn't a mainstream brand they have definitely show how much of a power house they are in digital modeling and even guitars now. I bought their interface because it was budget friendly and had a great look. Upon setting it up I noticed an issue... My audio would turn into almost 8bit music. I replaced the USB 2.0 to A and made sure sample rate was good and that my settings in the device and computer matched but still have the issue. My only way of solving it is unplugging and plugging it back in but imagine this happening all the time during recording, during playback and in voice calls. Is there anyway to solve this?
