Over the past couple of years, I’ve been on a Craigslist trading spree. I think i have like 14 guitars at the moment. I really intended on selling some of them but I like them all.
Like...What if you're a 1 type of guitar person?
Like you have a favorite model; you have multiple - but its the only type of guitar you have?
Yeah. That's me and Wolfgangs. I even made them star in a stop motion AC/DC cover (you think I would've used SGs!)Like...

?
I'm not the only one that has a 'type.'
Still unsure about the new JP15, but I already know I don't like the heel joint. But that top is .
I've been spoiled by the lack of..., well, anything in the way on the Majesties!
I can already see where this is heading.

I still have a bunch but honestly the Suhr gets 97% of my playing time. The more years I play the more I'm okay with just one guitar.

I think the answer is; “ I am a one at a time guitar person.” Or maybe a “ one for every different situation person “.
That is called Dissociative identity disorderI think the answer is; “ I am a one at a time guitar person.” Or maybe a “ one for every different situation person “.
Having to get my head around the concept of a worn PRS.I WAS a one-guitar person, for the longest time, mostly because of finances, but even when I could afford PRS, I generally stuck to/played the Custom 24, with a few outliers.
A bunch of years back, when I had extra money to aquire more guitars, I did, but as I write this, even with 15(?) electrics, I find myself playing my EC-1000T, 90% of the time, and if I have to just take one guitar, for a fly gig, that's what I bring.
My problems now are:
1. My Custom 24's have been gigged, heavily, so they aren't worth what they are worth to ME, and I won't be able to afford them again any time soon, so it's worth it, to me, to keep them, even though I don't play them much these days.
2. I bought a few as collector pieces, just some (sub-$1,000), oddballs that really aren't worth the hassle of selling them and getting less than I want.
I guess nobody wanted Pink Sculloped guitars back then.
