It was modded for him at Veneman's Music in Rockville, I'm pretty sure. I remember reading about it in a B&W music mag back in the day, that I may still have floating around.

Yes, but as a past Lenny Kravitz fan.....every time I see her, I hear that flowers for Zoey song.....and it makes me feel like a dirty old man.....so I try not to acknowledge that. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

She redid (as Executive Producer and lead) "High Fidelity" as a TV series for Hulu/FX and it is killer!

One of the Hentor guitars. Modded Strat. HSS setup with a 3 way toggle by the treble horn. Bridge pickup, neck and middle together, and neck alone. Two singles and eventually a Bill Lawrence L500 of sorts (L or XL, I think?). Various trems. Non fine tuner Floyd and eventually OFR. Original HB may have been a Gibson HB. Freddy’s Frets made replicas before the Mojo ones came about.

Good old Venemans...spent many a day drooling over gear in their Rockville store.

Is that a reflection, or a selector switch on the lower bout? I can't tell from the pic. I like the single tone/volume setup.

I can't remember Veneman's, but we'd always hit them any day when we visited Chucks'. Good memories!
Why is it when I look at that pic I hear La Villa Strangiato playing in my head? :D
I hear Distant Early Warning, and see mullets and rattails. :rofl

You could easily build one for a lot less from Warmoth. Here's a thread of a Warmoth build:

You can buy the pick guard but the switch is different than the original.https://www.mojotone.com/lerxst-limelight-prewired-pickup?quantity=1&page=1 or source the parts separately.

I'd love to own the Godin but $4k is waaaay outta my price range. It should really be $2k or less.
