I mean, $30 for a complete amp and FX suite is a screaming deal.
I personally don't dig IK Multimedia modeling or their business practices, but $30 for that much content is hard to say no to. I abandoned (sold) my IK account eons ago and see no reason to return, but that's because Helix Native does all I would want it for and makes me happier.

I quite like Amplitube, but the installers really stack up and aren't removed automatically.
So, every time you download an update it's something like 3gb, or maybe even 6gb, per new Amplitube, and 2gb per new Tonex.
One day I was low on storage on my laptop, and found there was easily about 80gbs worth of their update files living rent free.
On windows, downloads are stored here -

you need to select where to download the updates,i always select my desktop and after the update are done i trash the update files

I used it for a while, IMO those approaches cause as many problems as they fix. Better to raw dog it with some slight manual broad EQ moves (preferably cutting) and applied evenly to both speakers.

Just to note if anybody has a problem with this coupon, you need to have TONEX MAX registered or to get AmpliTube 5 MAX v2 for that price. I think I can get Total Studio Max 5 as an upgrade right now for something like $105 after using points, but I don't know. I've had a very mixed experience, particularly with Amplitube. Still, it's hard to argue with a $30 price.

I just don't understand how I always end up not being able to get good crossgrade or upgrade deals. I can't get the ToneX Max deal, even though I own ToneX SE and Amplitube 5 Max (v1) ... and I can't get the Amplitube 5 Max v2 upgrade because I don't own ToneX Max.

Truth be told the main reason I wanted to check this out was for the X-Gear pedals (drive, delay, reverb, etc.). The real deal versions of those are so damn expensive.

They are often sold at a pretty deep discount for that reason, which is how I got all four. They're good pedals. The lack of an editor is, IMO, a conspicuous absence (especially from a software company) that makes me use them less than I might otherwise. I figure I'll sell mine locally one of these days when I get around to it.

...aaaaand that's an example of the kind of thing I mean when I talk about a "mixed experience." It's the stuff that doesn't happen, the stuff that doesn't make sense, and the pathologically low amount of communication (that I understand @IK Multimedia here cannot fix himself) that to me makes their products risky and often just plain old frustrating. So no hard feelings, but I moved on. Their philosophy, whatever it is, just doesn't do it for me.

For that price, you possibly can't go wrong, but while quite capable, AT delivers a pretty awkward UI experience, IMO at least. Just too much of the good old clickery.

Just a casual mention, but it's pretty much unusable for me at this point, because it crashes constantly on my iPad A16.
