Zoom G2.1u Guitar Effects Pedal Won't Store Master Level

Hello,

My Zoom G2.1u Guitar Effects Pedal won't store master level setting. I turned the master level from 80 down to 40 and stored it, but when I shut it off and turn it back on the master level is still at 80. It will store all other settings but not the master level setting. What's going on? How do I set it so it stores my master level setting?
