Well this doesn’t suck… Calypso Amps modded 6505+.

Mods include a Mids boost, a voice switch that affects where the Mids themselves are effected and Bright switch. Additionally, there’s a Response knob which is effectively a Negative Feedback control.

New tubes as well as some general build internal updates like ribbon cable fix and hardwired power tube heaters.

All mods are done using original US built Peavey amps, for those that that matters to!

Not necessarily. The Mids Boost works with the Voice control. Voice decides which part of the Mids on the tonestack are effected by the Mids knob, then the Boost gives More or More’r from how it was explained

Looks cool! What’s that made of. Can’t tell if it’s aluminum or wood.

It’s aluminum. The one currently on it is a plywood panel painted black with the OG peavey front on top.

Pretty cool. Would love some clips if possible.
