Why Is There No Vitriol For TC Electronic Pedals ?

I have been unable to match my Axe III to the 2290p for wet/dry chorus sound Petrucci used in the 90's.
It just has "it" that to me instantly sounds like that sound. For regular delay duties it definitely doesn't do anything the Fractal can't match or do better.

I use the MTD block for that style chorusing.

Yeah, I just got another 2290p for £140 GBP, and for the money, it is an incredible sounding delay unit. Surprisingly easy to use given the daunting looking UI. As much as I'd love a VP4, and I agree that the 2290 algo is brilliant on Fractal units, I do think it's an unfair comparison at that prices we're talking about.

I bought a Sub N Up to try adding some bass to my solo show. Didn't work well for that purpose, but it's a pretty good octaver with some nice features regardless.

u need mid cut, "it" is old converters or device impedance, it's just a mid cut

JV-1080 has "it", where JV-1010 from 5 years later has superior specs but doesn't have "it" running literally the same patches

You need to use the 1210 algo in the Multi-Tap Delay block, not the 2290 w/Modulation.
