Andy, I know you're joking (or trying to), but I've told you before, it doesn't come across that way. And I do think Dave is real.

If he is, you're being an ass to him. If he's not, you're talking with a bot. Which one of those makes you look good? Hint: It's a trick question. It's neither.

Have a friend who would always swear by his Chibbos (they sucked btw)

He recently sold them all. He was completely honest in his ads, but it’s like c’mon…. You brought this junk into the states and now are disseminating it out. Just because you’re being honest in your listing doesn’t mean the next guy is. There’s already been an increased epidemic of fakes being passed off as the real deal around here lately and this nonsense just contributes to that

:LOL: Haha, no, no, not at all. That's the way it come from the factory. I guess Gibson moved the jack to the side on FBs made in the 2000s and 2010s.

Most people I talk to like side jacks. I always preferred top jacks on any guitar because when sitting on a couch or easy chair the output jack on the cable isn't being pressed into the chair or sofa. And when you're standing it doesn't make a diffrence, except maybe visually (I wrap my cable behind the strap). But this one came with a side jack and it wasn't enough of a issue to keep me from buying it.

I only have one Chibson and that one is a single pickup LP Black Beauty Custom and I bought it because it's not going to fool anybody and it looked kinda cool.

One one hand, I think Chibsons are about as scummy as it gets...

On the other hand, it's good for "honest" people to be aware so they don't get scammed, ++ it also speaks "volumes" about *any* person that proudly owns/posts them :poop:

If TGF became infested with "those" types of "people", it wouldn't be a good look IMO ☯️
