What artist makes you feel like you’re eating plain oatmeal?

I read that one of the mumford and sons guys is from some mega rich elitist hedge fund family. So maybe that is a common thread with that whole genre.

It's become a thread in music in general. The opportunity for live gigs and the pay from them have shrunk so much, you need other sources of money to live off of long enough to get established.

For some reason I have never watched that show. My friends in Portland say it's more depressing than funny, but I am thinking I would enjoy laughing at their expense.

When it's funny it's very funny. (That 1890's skit is actually a callback to an equally funny 1990's skit, and the callback is funny in itself.) But it kind of runs out of steam after a bit. I think I lasted about a season and a half before I was bored with it?
