My cork-sniffy huge board is 100% EBS Flats, but when I wire up anything else it's usually a mix of the gray Klotz angled ones and cheap (but decent quality) Rockboard flats.
I bought a bunch of those a few years ago when they were stupidly cheap. I was surprised at how good they were vs how little they cost. They're a lot more expensive in the UK now.
I’ve tried loads over the years and last year my mate and I had an afternoon playing around with a few different makes of cables on pedals .

We couldn’t hear any significant difference between the expensive built & DIY and these amazon basics 6” cables.
Mogami 2524 cable and switchcraft pancake jacks always made up for the particular occasion. But I don’t think pancake jacks from any brand I have seen are bad.
