My cork-sniffy huge board is 100% EBS Flats, but when I wire up anything else it's usually a mix of the gray Klotz angled ones and cheap (but decent quality) Rockboard flats.

I bought a bunch of those a few years ago when they were stupidly cheap. I was surprised at how good they were vs how little they cost. They're a lot more expensive in the UK now.

But my latest instrument cable that I really dig is the Pig Hog Armor Clad; which guarantees that my guitar cable is 100% more metal than yours:

I’ve tried loads over the years and last year my mate and I had an afternoon playing around with a few different makes of cables on pedals .
From expensive to cheap.
We couldn’t hear any significant difference between the expensive built & DIY and these amazon basics 6” cables.

I have a bunch of the MXR pancake style patch cables. They seem fine.

I used George L's for many years in both racks and pedalboards.

Easy to use and never had any issues...

Mogami 2524 cable and switchcraft pancake jacks always made up for the particular occasion. But I don’t think pancake jacks from any brand I have seen are bad.

I make my own using Squareplugs SPS5 and SP500 connectors, with Van Damme XKD cable.

TBH, all of the Squareplugs connectors are great.
