I just picked up a Warmoth build. I know it is older. What is the newest it could be?

Modern neck construction, square fretboard overhand, and no side adjust.

Also, are these pre side adjust modern Warmoths dual action truss rods?

Here is the hell stamp...

Warmoth provide lots of choices.

I seriously doubt anyone is going to be able to answer your question.

The side-adjust is an option...

Side adjust is not an option on the Modern necks, it is how they are built right now and have been for years.

It’s not that old because it has the revised heel shape. I suspect it was ordered without the side adjustment and a square end on the finger board.
Could still be 15/20 years old though.

Thanks for the insight. I am thinking its around that age myself, but I am not a Warmoth expert.

That heel says it has a warmoth tilted headstock (the warmoth in quotes). If so, the tilt backs from 25 years ago has an acorn nut at the headstock, adjusting a double rod.

22 fret says vintage/modern or pro series (now called modern)

Warmoth radius says its 10 to 16 compound.

They ink the fret size on these days I think.

For reference, I own a '99 pro series warmoth, a '10 modern tele neck, and a '22 modern warmoth. The tele is the only one with a side adjuster.

Any w neck is going to be good, you just need to like the specs

That is the heel they use now and has been for at least 15 years.

You are combining my statements. I never said it was the old one.

Just that the tiltbacks from 25 years ago has no side adjust, just a nut at the head.

Maybe i should gave spaced that out.

You could order square fingerboard end and no side adjustment. I was talking about the heel shape that Warmoth famously changed.

This neck does not have a tilted headstock and is heel adjust.

So, youre one of those.

A keyboard warrior. Grow up and quit being a loser.

Causing trouble online get you going?

Your incredibly high post count says you have nothing better to do than hang around on forums.

You are pathetic, and now ignored.
It was quite a funny typo from me.
I don’t spend long at all on this but you know the saying “ want something done ask a busy person “.
I’m full time tech 35 years experience.
I am always busy and I’ve fitted at least 100 Warmoth necks over the years.
If you actually read my posts the vast majority are helping people so you are the one that needs to grow up.
Even in this thread it was me the gave the OP the actual answer to the question.
But people have a laugh here and joke around too so lighten up and recognise a joke when you see one.
