Vox AC50 Combo Channel 1 Volume issue

Can anyone help me. Channel 1 volume is significantly lower than Channel 2. Channel 2 seems to be normal. But when on Channel 1 I have to put the Channel volume and master volume all the way up to get any sound to come out. Thank you all.

Could be a bad V1 12AU7 (ECC82) or V2 12AX7 (ECC83) preamp tube.

V1 is used by both the normal and brilliant channels.

V2 is exclusive to the normal channel.

If you have a known working 12AX7 (ECC83) try swapping it with V2 and see if that resolves your issue.
