The GP-50 form factor looks really good. With the bigger display and more encoders it should be much easier to use. Switches look very cramped tho.

I like that the GP-180 makes it very easy to potentially access the editing for different fx with the light up buttons on the right.

I wonder if they're bringing any improvements for NAM file playback compared to the GP-5 as in "no conversion".

Liking the 50 / 180 form factors.

Gotta wonder if these have updated ‘rithms…guessing no…

And yeah, the switches on the 50 do look cramped.

I'm guessing the idea is that you hit them with the side of your foot rather than try to hit them with the center.

In other news, based on Hotone's FB page, it seems the Ampero 2 range was pretty prominent at the same event, so it doesn't look like an Ampero 3 is coming anytime soon.

I hope they release some fw updates for the end of the year.

And the probability made MIDI pretty easy so you can switch it with whatever you want on a pedalboard.

That’s too bad , I thought Hotone was essentially same a Valeton just the higher end
I would love to see them redo the mini , that a great form factor for grab and go just add the V2 modelling and captures

Likely new stuff will be NAMM and a new stomp with the convo reverbs from the latest pedals

That's how I understand it as well.

Absolutely, that would be a great product. It could be a cost thing. The Ampero Mini is around $200 at its cheapest so maybe they will wait until Ampero 3 release to upgrade it.

Maybe, but I think they might stick with it for longer than that. To include the convolution reverbs would likely require a lot of horsepower, which then pushes pricing. The captures already strain the Ampero 2 for resources.

I'd love to see some more pedals in the Verbera format.
