Turbo tuner copy

The Uni is one of the best clip ons available. That was a great deal. I agree the the Uni in practice is better than the poly.
Why is that? I never felt the uni different to the poly's single mode and just took polyphonic mode as a bonus.

And what tuners do you guys use for setup duties? Real Peterson strobe or bust?

Interesting. I haven't been in the tuner market for quite a while but I have the ST300, previously had a 200 and have used the Strobostomp.

I think any of them will get the job done. I do like the st300 best although it sometimes has small issues.

If it wasn't available I'd just second getting the strobostomp.

Not buying a strobostomp.

Horrible picture. Kick-ass tuner.
This is the real deal. Accept no substitutes!

My favorite tuner.
I still like my Strobostomp, Polytune Mini, Pitchblack, TU-3, and Walrus.
But the Turbo is absolutely the fastest, most accurate, etc.

Bonus points for the fact that it's the only tuner that only burns the battery when it's on, not when the cable is inserted. Makes it a great match for mini modelers minimalist non-pedalboard rigs like the Nano Cortex or Kemper Player since you can run for months off a single 9V and not need to run a power supply to it.

No need to dig through drawers, or go out and buy a new battery because it shipped with an Energizer 9V already installed.
