There was a thread about a dedicated plugin unit with an 8" screen. Was that here?

I'm not 100% sure this was here or somewhere else and I can't even really think of how to search for this. It was a ruggedized laptop with a touchscreen and a bunch of stuff, including Reaper preinstalled. Does that ring a bell with anyone?
