I haven't bothered with the aftermarket bridges because they're really expensive to get here, and because the stock bridge on my Jazzmaster has zero issues as long as I use 11 gauge strings on it.
Is this going to unseat your Cutlass, JD? Or is it like 1a and 1b?
There's no doubt that the Cutlass is a more flexible, perfectly crafted, higher quality instrument; but today the Jazzmaster has been more fun and has more character and vibe.
That's awesome. Character and vibe is where it is at for me 6 days of the week and every Sunday!

It's kind of why I have never totally vibed with any PRS I have owned, or still own.
Give me the warts, the flaws, the design failures, the ghost notes, the struggle, and everything
